About Jaclyn Demartini
Extensive experience in the biotech industry in both R&D and international business development, providing a unique skill set connecting scientific progress to the marketplace. Currently leading the Grain Applications R&D Group, which is a team of scientists focused on developing and validating new enzyme and yeast technology for our customers in the Grain Industry (biofuels, food and feed products). I also currently lead an R&D project targeted at understanding the scientific fundamentals of vegetable oil recovery, and using this knowledge to develop bio-based solutions to improve the efficiency of corn oil recovery. Some of my recent work has also included developing enzyme and microbial technologies to create more valuable plant-derived protein co-products from the Grain industry.
