I help teams stop talking about AI and start using it. My work centers on embedding AI into the way our Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams actually work. I have a passion for making complex technology feel accessible and bringing it to life in ways that actually move the needle. That\'s meant building AI tools that cut account research from 5 hours to 5 minutes, leading a department-wide AI Hackathon that produced solutions moving into production, and serving on Hirevue\'s AI Guild to shape how we adopt these technologies at scale. I stay sharp by staying immersed: continuous learning, hands-on experimentation, and keeping a close eye on where this technology is headed next. My focus is simple: make AI practical, make it stick, and make it something people actually want to use.
