A hospitality professional with extensive Food & Beverage experience in full-service, luxury hotels and resorts. Critical thinker with the ability to establish and manage programs and partnerships focused on growing business operations, improving the customer experience, and providing innovative solutions.Beginning my hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in the back-of-house focusing on culinary, catering and events gave me a wealth of knowledge in operations and understanding how this affects and supports the front-of-house. Leading me to join the InterContinental Hotel Groups corporate office which allowed me to grow brands while evaluating quality, open new hotels and develop F&B concepts, training and operations execution. Theses experiences allowed me to learn sales, negotiations, project management, financial acumen, process improvement, corporate infostructures, branding and leadership skills. Then transitioning to Hilton Hotels and Resorts focusing on building systems and processes to transition and open new hotels domestic and internationally. While also better understanding large brand management companies and the interworking\'s of the business approach to attract customers to these services.While at Dunkin Brands I learned how a dominating franchisee model works in the QSR World. Partnering with franchisees to build restaurants in key locations and accelerate operations and execution to increase owner’s profits. Additionally, my project management has expanded to property management for a residential complex on the West Coast that includes managing budgets, building projects, inspections, compressed timelines and owner relations.
