Managed Capacity Building Program (CBP) and Quality Improvement Solutions for Sustained Epidemic Control (QISSEC) Program, ensuring compliance with program, grants and financial requirements. This includes 7 countries and two special projects. • Onboarded and led group of Project Officers for the HRSA PEPFAR awards.• Facilitated and participated in PEPFAR country operational planning discussions, country strategy planning site visits, and program monitoring site visits.• Engaged with in-country United States governments (USG) PEPFAR teams and implementing partners to strategically plan for the annual country operational planning meetings. • Respond to information requests from the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator’s office (GHSD), Health and Human Services, and in-country PEPFAR teams, as appropriate. Work with the Budget Analyst if the requests include financial information.• Ensure proper documentation of deliverables in accordance with HRSA, PEPFAR and program policies and records management requirements. Upload required documents to HRSA’s internal reporting system.• Responsible for portfolio management and coordination across all HRSA-funded programs within Ukraine. • Track policy changes, develop recommendations for program work plans and partner performance, and provide technical assistance to country team. • Direct and routine engagement with USG colleagues to review partner performance specific to established targets / benchmarks and reasonable attainment of objectives.• Review Expenditure Analysis, performance data, and other program documents and financials.
