About Jaclyn Masson
I started my career with Merrill in September 2004 in Jacksonville, Florida as an Analyst for the International Transfers Team. I was later promoted to the Transition Management Team where I successfully transitioned over 200 competitive-hire Financial Advisors with over $35 billion in assets under management. I joined the Boca Tropics Management team as an Associate Market Supervision Manager in 2018. Currently, I serve as the Senior Market Supervision Manager for the Florida Tropics Market.The Market Supervision Manager functions as a member of the Branch Management Team and is responsible for wide variety of delegated compliance, administrative and business functions. The primary goal of the Market Supervision Manager is to provide an exceptional client experience and guidance to our Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Client Associates and above all our valued clients.Originally from Chicago, I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with supporting coursework in Business.
