Jaclyn’s practice focuses on advising and counseling clients on a variety of day-to-day workplace issues as well as providing general litigation oversight as an outside general counsel on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Floryan Law, P.C, Jaclyn was a partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm. Jaclyn has more than twelve years of experience in all phases of civil litigation. Jaclyn has experience handling a wide range of employment related issues, including breach of contract, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour matters. Jaclyn also has extensive experience defending class and collective action lawsuits as well as Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions. In addition, she has represented clients in mediations, in arbitrations and before administrative agencies, including the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). She has conducted multiple employer and management training seminars, including sexual harassment prevention training and human trafficking prevention training for the hospitality industry, and speaks on a multitude of employment law topics.Jaclyn\'s partner, Michael Floryan, specializes in serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and in this role, he is responsible for all legal matters concerning and the management and strategic growth of a diverse portfolio of investment assets, including approximately $2 billion of real estate throughout the United States. Michael counsels clients on a broad array of corporate and real estate transaction issues, including, limited liability company and corporation formation, commercial lease transactions, and joint ventures and syndications. Michael also oversees clients’ estate plans, trust formations, and trust administrations.
