I also have been repeatedly honored as a \"Super Lawyer\" and a \"Rising Star\" for Labor & Employment Law in Texas. I am board certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.I have experience in all areas of labor and employment law, including: discrimination, retaliation, and harassment issues under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and TCHRA; leave issues under FMLA; wage and hour issues under FLSA; benefit issues under ERISA; retaliation and whistleblower issues under Dodd Frank and SOX; notice issues under WARN; confidentiality and non-competition agreements; and employment torts such as defamation, tortious interference, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
