currently work in this role on a contract basis, limited hours per month)- Based on PE\'s learning outcome goals, I develop STEM-based curriculum for middle and high school students, as well as an adult learners program, to explore a variety of STEM topics, including environmental science, astronomy, chemistry, and others. Also worked with the PE team to streamline documented curriculum and support development of organizational systems to disseminate and style curriculum documents- Supported the dissemination and analysis of the Chicago STEM Pathways Cooperative Landscape Survey to identify gaps in STEM educational opportunities available to youth in Chicago- Advanced organizational mission through partnership with city and state officials and participating in advocating for resources and sustainability towards programming that best impacts our constituents- Identified funding opportunities to support multi-year organizational capacity around the STEM Co-op work and sustainable replication of the work for potential nation-wide implementation- Developed research around structures of post-secondary institutions in Chicago to support STEM Pathways work- Built partnerships with post-secondary institutions to support recruitment and engagement of STEAMbassadors to facilitate programming- Directed the hiring process for 10 - 15 STEM Facilitators to support newly funded programming- Developed a strategic plan to support partnership cultivation- Reviewed and redeveloped a curriculum centered around engaging in STEM learning for parents, in partnership with the James Dyson Foundation.
