Jacky brings a unique and diverse perspective to Information Governance and Privacy as she has held both client facing and internal roles, clearly positioning her to better understand the challenges and issues faced by Privacy Officers and other compliance professionals. For 10 years, Jacky led PwC’s internal efforts in Privacy and Information Protection, with a focus on developing strategic solutions to address difficult business and compliance issues. In addition, she has been responsible for the overall strategic direction and successful performance of a number of other key compliance areas within PwC, balancing compliance requirements with the needs and perspectives of the business.
