   I lead non-US insured benefits, retirement plans governance and retirement plans administration for the US, Canada, and the U.K. As the global governance owner of insured benefits with total premiums over $100 million, I’ve led the design and implementation of a global benefits management framework through a brokerage partnership and captive-centric financing model. I’m responsible for the global brokerage model across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and the Americas region, with 90% of in-scope countries transitioned within the first three years of implementation. I’m also passionate about the wellbeing of our globally mobile employees and have designed a transitional support model for U.S. inbound transferees. I have extensive experience leading non-US benefits due diligence efforts in mergers & acquisitions, including several multi-billion dollar divestitures and acquisitions.
