1. Senior Technical Product Manager

   I am the Senior Technical Product Manager for the Core ERP Cloud Automation Engineering team at Nike. Our team builds service products that enable our internal SAP engineering partners to deliver technical features faster for the Nike business. Day to day, I am responsible for determining our product strategy, creating our product road maps, and writing use cases, epics, and stories into JIRA and Version One for the team. As part of our Agile development process, I own the prioritization of work by sprint and quarter, and handle escalations or changes as needed. I frequently deliver presentations and demos to executive management to highlight our progress. Two of the products I manage include: • Nike Forge: A web-based cloud provisioning UI tool that intakes build requests, provides costing and approval workflow, and automatically creates SAP landscapes into AWS and Azure via our backend CI/CD pipeline. This product was developed in-house. • Nike Infrared: This automated platform product consists of the portion of our CI/CD pipeline that tests and deploys critical cloud server configuration changes into AWS and Azure for stable Nike operations in the SAP space. The components of this product integrate into our CI/CD pipeline using enterprise approved tools like Puppet, Jenkins, Terraform, Inspec, and GitHub. As a dedicated employee that goes above and beyond, I also volunteer to serve Nike in two additional ways. First, I serve as an official \"Nike Storyteller\", which is a role dedicated to sharing the rich heritage of Nike to World Headquarters visitors and new employees. In this program, I give campus tours a couple times per month to a variety of Nike guests, including business customers, new recruits, college students, and visiting athletes. Second, I also serve as a Nike product tester, trying out various next generation footwear and apparel products, beating them up, and providing feedback to enhance their development before they go to market.
