My work focuses on translating complex environmental and climate data into actionable decisions for water markets, agriculture, utilities, and environmental compliance.My passion is climate-smart water stewardship—leveraging hydroclimatic forecasting to optimize water use, strengthen climate adaptation, mitigate flood and drought risks, and build resilient technical and institutional water systems that protect communities and ecosystems.My technical toolkit spans hydrologic & agricultural modeling, geospatial analysis (GIS/RS), ML/AI, computational statistics, and HPC workflows, supported by an interdisciplinary background across hydrology, ecology, climate science, agriculture, and economics. Hydrologic & Crop Modeling: Evaluated ENSO impact on water availability, irrigation demand, and crop response using the coupled hydrologic and crop phenological model. GIS, Remote Sensing & Spatial Analytics: Built downscaling workflow and geospatial pipelines for flood and drought monitoring.🤖 Machine Learning & Computational Tools: Developed a computer vision phenotyping workflow and built R statistical and Python ML pipelines for climate–water modeling.
