While I no longer manage client projects directly, I continue to supervise internal initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the board.Today, my focus is on:* People: Recruiting, training, and nurturing top-tier consultants tailored to each client’s context.* Marketing: Shaping our brand and positioning Bertek as a trusted partner in on-site IT consulting.* Sales: Leading business development efforts, from identifying client needs to crafting proposals and supporting negotiations.At the heart of my role is a commitment to removing friction, delivering clarity, and creating long-term value—for our clients, our consultants, and the company as a whole.
