I have extensive experience in developing and maintaining cross-platform projects. Providing Resource Management, Governance Validation, Operational Expense Planning, Functional Planning, Business Transformation and Process Analysis/Development. Implementing technology projects takes seamless communication between end-users, project managers, and vendor partners. I have experience in managing these projects and delivering successful solutions to organizations. Prior to my current role, I worked with Verizon Business, solving cross-vertical business challenges with proven results. Providing hardware, software, and IoT solutions customized for individual businesses. I leverage over 15 years of experience in mobility to find a wide range of solutions to help increase productivity and revenue while controlling costs. Solutions I\'ve helped implement include, Fleet Management (AVL), One Talk (VOIP), Internet Continuity, Video Conferencing, Fieldworker dispatch, cybersecurity, smart surveillance and security, Green initiatives, OSHA/HOS/IFTA compliance, and Mobile Device Management. Prior to my business role, I worked in Retail Management with Verizon Wireless and Radio Shack, which included cross channel partnerships to increase customer experience and satisfaction in both our consumer and business channels. I also spent over 20 years in the entertainment industry, performing up and down the East coast while coordinating with venues, A/V companies, lodging, and promotional companies to ensure success at every event. Outside of work, I enjoy playing multiple instruments that I\'ve learned over the years, including; bass, guitar and piano. I also keep busy with my 3 children and their various activities.
