I build data and AI systems that drive commercial outcomes and then scale the businesses around them.Over 12 years I have gone from data scientist at a VC-backed adtech startup (through IPO) to Chief Data & Activation Officer overseeing $50M+ in P & Ls, integrating across a network of 45+ agencies and revenue of $1B+. Along the way I have navigated PE ownership, competitor acquisitions, P&L integrations, company divestitures, and corporate acquisitions. I know what it takes to build in complexity, not just steady state.At IPG Health I architected EPICC, a Databricks-powered enterprise AI and data platform connecting marketing activation, media, and measurement across a large agency network. I also took over 90North, IPG Health’s AI product and R&D division building proprietary AI audience modeling and journey analytics products, LivingPersonas, LivingJourneys, and LivingMirrors, that now generate recurring revenue across the network.Before healthcare, I was a data scientist at MaxPoint Interactive, a hyperlocal adtech company where I built ML prediction models and campaign optimization algorithms from scratch, and experienced the full lifecycle from early-stage startup through public market listing.My quant background, actuarial science and financial mathematics, is the foundation underneath all of it. It shapes how I think about measurement, uncertainty, and building systems that actually hold up under pressure.
