About Jackson Tse
As Associate Director of Campus Experience, I am responsible for the management of over 100 Student Ambassadors to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere is maintained for every visiting student and family. In this role I also oversee the payment of admissions invoices and the scheduling of Group & VIP Tours to campus. Additionally, I am also an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor where I recruit from Private/Independent Schools in Fairfield and New Haven Counties and Public Schools in Bridgeport. I assist prospective students throughout their application process through high school visits, college fairs, and interviews. I recently graduated from Sacred Heart University, where I received Bachelor’s degrees in both Marketing and Management and a minor in Honors. I am currently working towards completing a Master\'s in Business Administration with an expected graduation date of May 2026. I have experience in working collaboratively and individually, ensuring that teams are well-organized through communication and conflict resolution. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google ecosystems, and have experience utilizing Slate CRM, Tableau, SPSS, Adobe Premiere Pro, PhotoShop, and Clipro.
