Sophomore Finance student at the University of Arkansas with a 3.816 GPA. Motivated to succeed in the field of Finance through hands-on training and ongoing personal growth. I currently work as an equity research intern, at the Garrison financial Institution. I also currently work part to full time at Target and Handshake AI, where I\'ve improved my analytical thinking, work ethic, and capacity to function in hectic settings.Currently studying financial modeling and valuation on my own, I\'m actively involved in clubs related to finance, investments, and artificial intelligence. Extremely disciplined, driven, and ready to pick up practical finance skills from specialists in the field.

   The role is flexible and hands-on, focused on applying real-world judgment and domain knowledge rather than technical AI experience. I review and evaluate AI responses, label and organize data, and help refine prompts so models give clearer, more accurate, and more useful outputs. A big part of the work is thinking critically about how AI communicates and how its answers can be improved for real users. This position has given me practical exposure to how modern AI systems are trained, tested, and improved, while strengthening my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to give structured feedback.
