Built Appcues from the ground up after co-founding the company with Jonathan Kim in 2014. In the early years, I focused primarily on go-to-market across growth, sales, and marketing, helping shape the company’s commercial foundation and bring the product to market.I became CEO in 2019 and led the business through its next phase of growth, raising more than $40M from leading investors and scaling Appcues to 100+ employees, thousands of customers, and eight figures in annual revenue. Along the way, we helped define and grow a category centered on improving user adoption, activation, and product experience.In 2025, I stepped back from the CEO role and transitioned to the board, where I remain involved in supporting the company’s continued growth and next chapter.
