ABOUT MATT JACKSON

I help leaders and teams build deeper self-awareness, stronger connection, and more intentional impact.Whether I’m facilitating a team through Insights Discovery, facilitating a leadership peer group, or coaching one-on-one, my work focuses on the human side of leadership, the part that’s often overlooked but always felt.I work especially with leaders from technical, specialized, or operational backgrounds who are stepping into bigger roles, where success depends less on their subject-matter expertise and more on how they lead, relate, and influence.Before becoming a coach and facilitator, I held senior leadership roles across five Olympic and Paralympic Games in four countries, and later at lululemon, where I helped build people-focused, high-performance teams. These experiences shaped a coaching style that’s practical, grounded, and focused on what actually helps people lead well.I’m not an HR professional with a theoretical background. I’m someone who’s been on the ground managing teams, navigating uncertainty, and learning through experience what leadership really takes.I’m a certified executive coach (CEC, PCC) and licensed practitioner of both Insights Discovery® and the Leadership Circle Profile™ — based in North Vancouver and supporting leaders across the Lower Mainland and beyond.Through my partnership with Pacific Collaborative, I support clients across both public and private sectors — including BC government agencies via an existing Corporate Supply Agreement (CSA).
