Developed new Power Apps and flows for the New Store Team including fixture and POP databases, automatically generated bay-level full store extract files, and a Power Page used for tracking status of PO’s to drastically reduce the time required to pay third party labor teams contracted in the construction of new stores- Created and handed off the Event Transitions app for the Field Merchandising support team which allows for the planning of all seasonal and event bays across all Home Depot stores for an entire year at a time- Established a New Stores Dashboard in Power BI for monitoring current state of all new stores including financials and reported issues regarding many categories including planning, shipping, construction, communication and more for 100+ recent and future stores- Overhauled the New Store Tollgates Power BI report used for tracking planned dates of key milestones. New development allows for a combination of user provided and automated metric gathering for reporting task completion dates using a model-driven app- Built and automated PO Adjustment Log reporting that automatically notifies vendors of PO adjustments each week- Continued to play a cross functional role in maintaining apps built for other teams across the department- Trained junior citizen developers in using and developing apps across the Field Merchandising and MET Departments including Field Capital, Store Planning and Field Merchandising Support teams- As part of a team, played a significant role in the backfilling and expansion of our cross functional development team by reviewing and selecting candidates, conducting candidate interviews, and training new associates during onboarding period and beyond- Conducted New Store Team file consolidation and migration efforts to eliminate numerous retired files across sparse data sources including OneDrive, SharePoint sites, network drives, and Teams channels into a single repository for all documents in the department
