ABOUT JACKSON SPENCER
I help corporations effectively resolve their legal disputes across a broad range of sectors, including automakers, railway companies, health authorities, real estate developers and sports teams. My commercial litigation practice at Bennett Jones LLP focuses on class actions defence, consumer protection, and product liability claims. I also regularly advise clients on how best to resolve their real estate and shareholders disputes, including by negotiation, mediation, and litigation. Before becoming a lawyer I competed internationally in powerlifting, eventually winning a world championship and setting a world record. Now, I focus on staying healthy by road biking, sweating at hot yoga, and paying too much money to attend group fitness classes. I write regularly for the Bennett Jones Class Actions Quick Takes Blog and attend class actions conferences to stay up-to-date on developments in the law.
