About Jackson Shultz

I am a dedicated Real Estate and Finance student at the University of Cincinnati with strong teamwork and leadership skills. Throughout my college experience at Cincinnati, I have consistently taken opportunities to advance my skills while actively learning new ones. I am currently involved in several organizations at UC that contribute to both my personal and professional development.I currently serve as the Treasurer of the DECA program at the University of Cincinnati. I manage the budget and ensure we can cost-effectively travel with the entire team. I am also the President of the UC Men\'s Lacrosse Club Team, where I oversee all team functions both on and off the field.This past year, I was selected to receive the 2025 PACEsetter Award from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. This award is given to a select group of students who demonstrate excellence in Professionalism, Academics, Character, and Engagement.
