   I work on the Experiences and Devices Growth Team where I manage a shared point-of-sale purchase platform that allows first-party Microsoft applications to enable the growth strategy by implementing our team\'s in-product transaction solution. Similar to a first-party Shopify specialized for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This platform enables most of Microsoft\'s E+D products, empowering teams to monetize free customers, and contributes to the broader Microsoft Commercial and Consumer Growth story. This helps customers who may not be ready for a subscription use and achieve more with Microsoft technology, while leading with our products and the value they offer.Past projects include:Co-manage the Microsoft 365 Copilot Product-Led Growth business modelTactically built Microsoft 365\'s Web and Desktop freemium channel. Strategically led and executed the infusion of Microsoft Copilot AI into Consumer M365 products, delivering the product management end-to-end; from research, design, organizational influence/alignment, complete ecosystem testing, and launch.Leading Microsoft 365 Growth division\'s Accessibility product development process for PMs, ensuring customers of all abilities are empowered by Microsoft technology.
