About Jackson Lawson

I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan studying aerospace engineering, currently seeking an internship for summer 2025. The past two summers, I worked at Williams International as a Cycles Analysis intern and a Software and Controls intern. In these positions I have greatly improved my programming skills as well as my engine modeling abilities. I have experience in a varienty of coding languages, including Python, C/C++, and MATLAB.I have been a member the project team M-Fly since September 2021. Previously I was aerodynamics lead, then chief engineer of the SAE Aero Design Regular Class plane for the University of Michigan. Currently, I am the Team Captain of M-Fly, where I oversee the operations of three aircraft design teams.
