Experienced Operational Manager and Project Professional with over 11 years’ experience in the UK security industry, specialising in operational delivery, project coordination, and scalable growth for regulated service environments. I work closely with stakeholders across the UK to deliver secure, well-managed environments while supporting sustainable business growth.Currently, I serve as Operational Manager at Dreluxe Security Service, where I oversee day-to-day operations, contract mobilisation, workforce deployment, and compliance across manned guarding, door supervision, and integrated security services. My role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, risk control, and consistent service delivery aligned with client expectations and industry standards.Alongside operational leadership, I bring a project-led mindset to security management. As a P6 Specialist and Project Manager, I support structured planning, resource optimisation, and performance tracking ensuring security operations are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes. This approach allows me to bridge the gap between frontline security operations and strategic business objectives.I am a Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and an APM Volunteer, actively contributing to professional development initiatives within the project management community.
