ABOUT JACKSON J.

I’m a financial services professional at the intersection of strategy and data, currently working as a Business Analytics and Strategy Associate at NinjaTrader—a leading retail futures brokerage. I partner with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to transform internal and external data into insights that drive customer growth, trading volume, and operational efficiency. Previously, I worked at Bain & Company, supporting engagements in the Private Equity Group, Performance Improvement, and Corporate Strategy, including direct work with C-suite executives across multiple industries. I’m particularly passionate about the application of AI and automation in financial services—from enhancing customer experience to driving trader engagement through personalized insights and smarter onboarding workflows. I currently serve on NinjaTrader’s AI Champions Team, where I explore use cases for GPT-driven tooling, analytics automation, and business efficiency. I hold a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School (UPenn), with concentrations in Statistics and Finance. At Penn, I was co-president of the Penn Sports Analytics Club, an editor at The Daily Pennsylvanian, and a leader in the Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club. Outside of work, I enjoy nonfiction books, thoughtful films, and following professional sports, especially the Tennessee Titans. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me!
