Currently a Senior High Voltage Specialist at Orsted. Carrying out HV switching operations on a variety of Wind Turbine Generators and offshore sub stations in the North sea working on major projects such as Main Bearing replacement, covering the full East Coast. My primary role is to carrying out High Voltage isolations and earthing to achieve safety from the system.I also prepare and issue safety documentation such as Permit For Work, Limitation Of Access and Sanction For Test. Write and produce Switching Schedules and act as a supervisor for works. I also work on Orsted OFTO owned Substations, both on and offshore. Previously a Supervisory Wind Technician and Authorising Engineer of DD platforms. Siemens level 6 troubleshooter and team lead. Fully offshore certified and up to date GWO\'s.
