Commercial real estate development professional with intentionally sequenced experience across deal sourcing, underwriting, construction execution, and early-stage development formation.I began my career on the transaction side, working as an analyst at Palomar Real Estate Group, where I supported the brokerage of income-producing single-tenant and multifamily commercial properties. My focus was understanding how deals are sourced, underwritten, priced, and ultimately transacted, including tenant credit, lease structures, market rents, and risk drivers.To build a complete development skill set, I moved into a hands-on Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent role to gain direct exposure to construction and execution. In this capacity, I support projects across budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, scope review, and on-site supervision. This role has given me working knowledge of pre-construction planning, trade sequencing, cost controls, change orders, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and punch-list execution, as well as how construction decisions directly impact project feasibility and returns.In parallel, I am building Raes Creek Holdings, an early-stage development platform focused on sourcing and evaluating commercial real estate opportunities. Through this work, I underwrite deals, build development pro formas, evaluate capital stack structures, and engage brokers, lenders, and local stakeholders to assess site feasibility and execution strategy.My long-term objective is to operate as a principal in commercial real estate development, with a strong foundation across transactions, construction, and capital structuring. I am particularly interested in development and acquisitions-oriented roles where I can continue compounding execution experience and contribute across the full project lifecycle.
