Work with customers throughout the lifecycle of implementation for successful onboarding of essential products. Requires, strong time management, customer satisfaction/compliments, assisting teammates, and vast SaaS product knowledge. Throughout the implementation life cycle, work with customers to ensure that all information required for successful conversion is acquired in a timely and efficient manner. Inform customers the “why” for the process in order to achieve like minded goals with partner companies. Contact Managers to find attainable solutions for customers through software enhancement/adjustment. Work closely with 3rd party companies to implement necessary interfaces for our joint customer for a seamless transition of cores. Travel to converting banks to assist in transition to CSI’s Core through in person training and consultation. Follow up task completion with SmartSheet logging. Working with onboarding customers to the following products: New Account Console (New account opening software for financial services industry) WatchDOG Wire (Wire importing and exporting tool) WatchDOG Elite (BSA service for OFAC returns and FinCEN 314(a) upload and review) WatchDOG CIP (Identity verification program used to run customer information such as DL#, DOB, SSN, etc.) NuFund (Online account application for consumers) Early Warning (Fraud History results and reporting) Check Vendor Interfacing/Fraud History Interfacing Over 100 successful product implementations of the previously stated areas. 25+ full Core SaaS conversions. 75+ SaaS cross-sale product conversions. Named Product Management MVP for Q2, 2023.
