I’m currently an Assistant Manager at Omega Fitness Holdings, where I help drive membership and personal training growth while supporting daily club operations and the overall member experience. My role has allowed me to develop strong skills in sales, leadership, and relationship building, while gaining a deeper understanding of the operational and business side of the fitness industry.I graduated from Edgewood University in December 2024 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Prior to my current role, I worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Sports AdvantEdge, where I designed and implemented training programs for youth and elite athletes, tracked performance progress, and applied data-driven principles to improve outcomes. This experience built a strong foundation in exercise science while also developing my ability to communicate, coach, and drive measurable results.I’m especially interested in the intersection of fitness, technology, and business, and how equipment, data, and digital platforms can improve both user experience and organizational performance. I’m motivated to continue growing into leadership roles within fitness, corporate wellness, or fitness technology, where I can contribute to scalable solutions that help more people improve their health and performance.I’m always open to connecting with others in the fitness, wellness, and fitness technology space.
