About Jack Kelly

My name is Jack Kelly. I am currently a freshman at Central Michigan University, triple-majoring in Logistics, Marketing, and Purchasing Management. I hold a 3.9 GPA. Throughout my life, I’ve always strived to be my personal best while developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. Highly effective communication and respectful perspective taking are two of my stand out qualities as an effective leader. In high school, I worked as a referee for three years, a stocker at Pet Supply Plus for two years and I currently work in the rental department at Fox Chevrolet car dealership. Throughout my time at all of my jobs, I learned many skills, including but not limited to effective communication, leadership, problem solving, team building and accountability. What I may lack in experience in the logistics field, I make up for with my ability to learn new things quickly, adapt to situations, accept constructive feedback, and offer a strong work ethic for not just my growth, but the success for the entire company.

   As a Rental Assistant, I help customers with the process of renting a vehicle by taking their information and entering it into a system, explaining the dealership\'s rental policies, and ensuring each car is clean and washed every time a customer rents one out or returns it. I have to maintain upkeep and effectiveness each day, as the number of rentals varies each day, as well as the number of customers coming in.
