Shared Services Canada (SSC) supplies modern, secure and reliable IT services to federal organizations so that they can deliver digital programs and services that meet Canadians needs- Leading the Service Life Cycle Checkpoint 0 process by holding meetings with stakeholders from Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Service Authorization, Onyx and Service Lines to document ongoing changes to the Service Portfolio and improve alignment across the organization- Assist in the production and review of Service Management Strategy reports and slide decks for presentations conducted by the Director General with stakeholders on five different IT Governance Committees- Formulate strategy and obtain data from multiple directorates in the Operations Management Branch for submission to the Treasury Board Secretariat as part of the Management Accountability Framework exercise- Update the daily agenda to track the status of ongoing changes for each deliverable relating to the Management Accountability Framework (MAF) and Service Portfolio for Shared Services Canada- Classify, organize and archive correspondence emails for historical and auditing purposes
