MY FOCUS: As a search leader within SPMB’s Digital Transformation Practice, I focus primarily on technical search work, placing VP and C-level executives in product and engineering roles at later stage private, PE-backed and public companies. I also lead GTM searches, having developed a deep network of sales, marketing and post-sales (success, services & support) leaders over the course of my 10 years in executive recruiting. Some of my recent clients include Disney Streaming, Google Cloud, ON24, Net Health, and Cloudbeds. AREA OF SPECIALIZATION: Within our Digital Transformation Practice, one area I lead and specialize in is placing high-impact executives within GovTech. This is a growing segment that demands modern leaders to drive efficiencies across government security, operations and services. INVESTMENT COMMUNITY: Much of our work is powered by SPMB’s deep ties to the venture and private equity community. We’re privileged to work closely with top-tier venture capital firms including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, and Accel — as well as leading private equity firms like Carlyle, KKR, and Clearlake.
