I\'ve never known what I wanted to be \"when I grew up,\" but I’ve always loved solving problems and improving processes. Right now, I\'m the Director of Process Improvement and Quality Assurance at BCS, where I focus on making our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Whether it\'s reducing shipping errors, cutting down inventory corrections, or eliminating backorders, I enjoy tackling challenges head-on.Before this role, I was the Director of Operations at BCS. I mentored managers, set performance benchmarks, collaborated on inventory planning, and created customer-facing forecasting models. My goal was always to streamline operations and boost customer satisfaction.My entrepreneurial journey started with MyPhones Unlimited, a consumer tech repair business I started in college that we transformed into a thriving digital white-label services business. I managed everything from inventory to customer care and learned the ins and outs of running a business and leading a team.When I\'m not at work, you can find me playing golf, coaching or playing soccer, traveling to National Parks, playing strategy board games and fantasy sports, and researching sports analytics.
