The AnyVan platform supports and enriches a large number of users; from transport partners and drivers, to an internal team of over 150 administrators and our millions of customers and businesses enjoying our services throughout the UK and Europe. Fundamentally my role as AnyVan\'s Head of Product is to oversee these various interfaces and digital interactions while looking to constantly improve upon and grow the product\'s success in alignment with the company\'s goals; establishing product roadmaps and value propositions to ensure a deliberate, data-driven and considered approach to product and business innovation. Drawing influence from other efficient product teams, AnyVan operates a completely agile product development flow; from innovation, to requirement gathering and UX/UI design, through to development, incremental releases and retrospective analysis. Among a litany of challenges facing the logistics sector, AnyVan\'s overarching vision is to control the supply and demand curves of LTL logistics, assembling a sustainable and efficient European transport network through sophisticated technologies and data.
