Served as liaison between customers purchasing and engineering, and Federal Mogul engineering and production personnel. Convinced high profile company to use Champion branded parts for high performance line of parts which displaced competitor and added to sales.Sold 8,700 prototype spark plugs to key account during new engine development that added Grew major account from in 1995 to in 2015 by providing sales and engineering service as well as innovative product.Worked on early direct injected Bombardier engines as part of team that fixed significant run quality issues, resulting in Tenneco patenting idea and Bombardier still using technology in 100% of engines.Ran successful sales promotions with customers, using incentives such as cruises, NASCAR packages, and clothing. Managed profitability for all customers. Performed red ink reviews annually and adjusted pricing accordingly.Gave product presentations while working customer dealer trade shows.
