As a specialist HCM account executive, I am responsible for selling and delivering Oracle\'s HCM solutions to large and complex customers across Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities. My role is to work with companies and leaders to understand their goals, vision and challenges and to provide strategic guidance in order to help innovate solutions that propel them forward. I am passionate about simplifying the complexities of Human Capital Management, in order to help leaders navigate their HR transformation with confidence and clarity.
