Acquisitions / Development• Produce financial analyses to evaluate and assess prospective real estate acquisitions, such as cash flow projection models in Argus Enterprise and JV partnership models in Excel• Assist in the feasibility analyses of student housing, multifamily residential, retail, office, industrial and mixed-use development projects• Engage in investment committee meetings, ensuring accurate preparation of deal pipeline reports for potential acquisitions• Participate in the due diligence process for prospective investments, including obtaining third-party reports, developing comprehensive financial analyses and underwriting, outlining market research and providing support in the production of investment memosAsset Management• Generate property cash sources & uses, hold/sell analyses and other financial reports• Assist in the preparation of asset-level annual budgets, business plans and potential value-add strategies• Coordinate with JV operating partners, property management and leasing teams to achieve the goals of the approved budget and business plan• Provide support in the asset disposition process by reviewing BOVs, assembling due diligence materials and providing legal teams with the necessary information for purchase and sale agreements
