As the Compete Lead, EMEA I deep dive into our biggest competitors - their talent and market intelligence. I gain an understanding of their culture, strategy, organisation, compensation plans and most importantly engage, connect and screen their best talent for future and active roles at Microsoft.* I headhunt the best talent across EMEA, at all levels of seniority, connecting with candidates to understand their unique career journey, their future aspirations and how they may align to a future at Microsoft.* I present to and educate our most senior business stakeholders across EMEA, on the importance of hiring from Compete and the benefits they bring to continue Microsoft\'s \"Growth Mindset\" culture alongside educating our GTA team on prioritising compete candidates.* Strong focus on retention and succession planning, diversity & inclusivity and the ability to \"screen in\".* Provide reporting and data analysis, market intelligence and talent insights in all regions, divisions and sub GEOs * As the Compete Lead, I work alongside our Talent Sourcing and Recruiter functions in addition to our Global Executive Search team (GETA)* Extra projects include- Member of the Onboarding project team who built the GTA Onboarding Programme and Sharepoint GTA EMEA information hub - Member of the Mentoring project team, building out a successful mentoring programme within GTA, this has grown year on year, drawing new mentees and mentors each year.# Please connect if you are open to a confidential discussion about roles at Microsoft!
