ABOUT JACQUELINE TAN
I have a reputation to have a strong ability to turn ideas into action and have often been referred to as a \'how\' person. In my opinion, this is simply because I am a systems thinker. I have the ability to see both the trees and the forest. While I am visionary, I am also pragmatic. I started my professional career more than 25 years ago as an advertising executive. The design thinking training I received in those early years significantly influenced my user-centric approach to solutions/service delivery which contributed to successful results in customer service, operations, financial management, employee engagement and more. As a highly driven, energetic and passionate person, grounded in strong purpose and values, I am curently learning, practicing and experimenting with Liberating Structures to support the development of self-management teams. My hope is to inspire others towards common goals, unleash our collective potential and impact positive change to empower our communities for a sustainable quality of life.
