I’m a hospitality-rooted operator, HR consultant, and now founder who has built a career around one core belief: the experience matters. Whether it’s the way a candidate moves through a recruiting process, how a team adopts new technology, or how a gift makes someone feel, I’ve always focused on creating experiences that are thoughtful, intuitive, and human-centered.I began my career in the hospitality industry after graduating from the Cornell Hotel School, where I developed a deep appreciation for service, customer experience, and operational excellence. That foundation shaped every role that followed.My transition into HR and people operations began in recruiting before I joined Gartner, where I spent nearly a decade helping senior leaders solve complex talent challenges. I led projects across HR best practices, diagnostics, employee experience, process improvement, product development, and data-driven decision-making. I built expertise in Agile product management, technology implementation, stakeholder engagement, and creating scalable, user-focused systems.Today, I’ve brought my passion full circle as the Founder of BALEBOSTA, a hospitality-driven gifting company focused on curated, custom, and corporate gifts.
