The Enterprise Content Strategy Team was created by ACC’s Executive Board to support digital transformation efforts. I develop and implement content governance strategy throughout the organization, working alongside cross-divisional staff. The team ensures content is well-organized, aligned with topical priorities, targeted to key audiences, consistent, suitable for reuse, and optimized for search and discovery. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Enterprise Content Strategy Staff Council. • Develop and communicate a content governance strategy.• Develop and communicate an enterprise content strategy.• Implement content standards, including an organization-wide style guide, SEO best practices, and content guidelines.• Craft and execute a change management strategy to help members of the cross-functional team understand the need for content operations adjustments.• Work with the Market Intelligence team to develop appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the value of ACC content.• Adapt existing employee roles to formalize contributions to content workflows to align with the content strategy and operational vision.
