About Jacquelyn Omosunbo Omotalade 羚 歐瑪塔雷德
I work at the intersection of climate, finance, technology, and community power. My career has focused on building systems that move capital, talent, and innovation toward communities historically excluded from opportunity. As a Chief Programs & Impact Officer, I lead global portfolios spanning circular supply chains, skills-based volunteering, regenerative systems, and long-term climate programming across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. My work focuses on translating capital into outcomes and designing institutions that can outlast grants, leadership transitions, and political cycles.I am known for making complex systems legible—clarifying how money moves, who holds power, and where accountability actually lives. I bring a builder’s mindset to environments that too often reward vision without viability, and I am direct about the tradeoffs required to move from pilot projects to durable impact. Before this role, my career has spanned environmental law, public policy, global partnerships, and climate investment strategy. Across sectors and geographies, my north star has remained the same: community is not a talking point—it is a governing principle.I am also a mother raising a global citizen. Travel, grief, joy, and stewardship shape how I lead and why I refuse performative solutions. Motherhood has sharpened my sense of responsibility—to future generations, to place, and to the people asked to bear the consequences of today’s decisions.I believe revenue is a moral obligation, governance is an act of care, and systems only matter if they serve the people most impacted by them.Open to: Board service, speaking, and serious thought partnershipNot open to: Vibes without viabilityViews are my own.
Experience
Chief Programs and Impact Officer
Oct 2025 — Present · Washington, DC, US
As Chief Programs & Impact Officer, I serve as a C-suite executive with enterprise P&L responsibility for Pyxera Global’s global programs portfolio, overseeing an operating budget of $20M+ and offices across six countries. I am accountable for revenue performance, margin discipline, portfolio economics, and scalable delivery, ensuring financial sustainability alongside measurable impact.I lead global teams delivering multi-year programs across climate finance, circular supply chains, skills-based volunteering, regenerative systems, and inclusive economic development throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. My role integrates strategy, finance, partnerships, operations, and risk management, translating growth targets into executable business models.I directly shape and manage a multi-year revenue pipeline, working in close partnership with business development, finance, and executive leadership to drive pipeline conversion, contribution margin improvement, and disciplined growth. This includes go/no-go decisions, pricing and cost-recovery models, portfolio mix optimization, and risk-adjusted investment prioritization.A core mandate of my role is scaling Pyxera Global into a $30M+ organization, strengthening institutional infrastructure, margin performance, delivery systems, and governance to support growth without compromising mission or community accountability.I partner closely with the CEO and Board on enterprise strategy, financial performance, pipeline health, and organizational scaling, bringing a data-driven, commercial, and execution-oriented lens to global systems change.
