Creates comprehensive training materials, including guides, manuals, and videos, to educate employees on various aspects of the recruitment process and effective utilization of the ATS. Conducts training sessions for managers/supervisors across multiple states, ensuring consistent delivery of content on the recruitment process, effective interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and legal considerations. Built a SharePoint site to establish a centralized repository or knowledge base for recruitment and onboarding resources to facilitate easy access and retrieval by employees across the organization. Manage job advertisement budget. Conducts salary analysis for hiring and promotions with an equity lens. Ensure candidate experience is both engaging and equitable and ensures a smooth transition into onboarding on hire Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to recruiting specialist, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all states of operation including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and data privacy regulations. Collect, analyze, and report out on recruitment, retention, turnover and exit interview data. Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics in line with recruitment DEI agency goals, and accreditation indicators.
