Conceptualize and design print and digital materials, including: HTML email campaigns, banner ads (interactive/static/animated), social media assets, brochures, flyers, print advertisements, conference materials, and other marketing collateral. Collaborate with internal IT department to design web pages and creative assets for the website; contribute functional and beautiful UX/UI designs that drive business results. Create press-ready files and oversee the production process for all printing; ensure quality control and proofing prior to releasing files for production. Maintain brand guidelines and design standards; ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing channels. Stay on top of design trends and proactively generate innovative ideas and process improvements. Analyze creative briefs and suggest effective design solutions for both print and online marketing campaigns that meet Society objectives. Develop creative campaigns to support the Communications Society’s marketing objectives beyond individual projects. Create project timelines and budgets. Serve as a subject matter expert in design and provide guidance on best practices.
