With over 25 years in the financial industry, including twenty of those spent in mortgage lending, my goal is to make my client\'s experience the best possible. ever! I focus on not only finding the right mortgage loan for my clients, but also on making the process as convenient and smooth as possible. To do this, I am actively engaged with my clients (and business partners, if appropriate) and ensure they are well-educated and informed throughout the process. Open, clear and detailed communication is what you can expect from me. My promise is to provide outstanding service from beginning to end and even after a loan closes!I feel fortunate to have earned Circle of Excellence, Leader\'s Club, and Construction Elite Awards over the years here at Umpqua Bank - and continue to work towards those goals each year - all a part of the process in taking great care of our clients, builders, and brokers!I am a member in the Bend Chamber of Commerce, City Club of Central Oregon and volunteer on several other non-profit & service boards. I believe in giving back to my community, that which has given me so much over a lifetime spent growing up and subsequently working here in Bend. I am confident my experience in mortgage lending and my lifetime of knowledge of the Central Oregon area will make any loan experience a pleasant and rewarding one.
