The teams I support includes Residential Sales, Business Services, Finance, Warehouse, Government Affairs, Public Relations, and Customer Experience. I Direct the Business Process Excellence (BPE) function for the region and lead Talent Management strategies for the region plus employees). I directly lead a team of 8 employees, 1 Director, 2 Senior HR Managers, 4 HR Managers, and 1 Generalist.
