About Jackie Toomey
I build the product integrations that put the right data in front of our users the moment they need it - increasingly, inside the AI tools where work actually happens. As Integrations Product Leader at IBISWorld, I own the lifecycle of third-party integrations, including an MCP Server and Copilot Connector that embed IBISWorld\'s content directly into enterprise AI workflows and copilot ecosystems. It\'s product work at the frontier of how knowledge gets accessed and used. Before moving fully into product, I spent years leading Revenue Operations - owning the GTM tech stack as a product, building machine learning models to predict churn and upsell propensity, and running a global Salesforce org migration from the ground up. That background gives me an unusually grounded perspective on how AI outputs actually get operationalized inside a business.
