Manage Pre-Production process to meet production on time goals. Establish standard lead times for each manufacturing step based on garment process. Engineered/maintain Production forecast report for all steps and vendors. Schedule all production based on SKU lead time, fabric availability, and pattern status so that finished goods arrive on time. Created inventory checks & balances report - includes supply, demand, & ATS. Distribute Pre-Production cut log report. Provide pattern due dates by SKU. Engineered/maintain Production on Time report - includes results for past & future deliveries. Field Sales re-cut requests. Partnered with IT to implement 5 major Full Circle enhancements.
