Oversee the entire sales and rental cycle, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for the customer.•Ensure all sales and rental processes, contracts, and customer interactions are documented accurately and comprehensively, supporting both compliance and organizational transparency.•Stay well-informed on the latest advancements in UAV technology, NDT, RVI, and environmental inspection trends, as well as market developments. Regularly participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sharpen sales capabilities.•Contribute to the achievement of overall sales and rental targets by consistently tracking progress and making strategic adjustments as needed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and timely deliveries.•Play an active role in industry tradeshows each quarter, focusing on lead generation and relationship-building with potential customers and partners. Ensure diligent follow-up on all leads generated from these events to maximize business opportunities.
